Customer reviews and reminders

Plugin purpose

Myload Reviews System collects customer reviews through the [myload_reviews] shortcode and the automatically created Reviews page.

Use Reviews > Shortcodes for examples. The shortcode accepts category, layout, limit, order, and show_form attributes. The Myload Reviews block exposes the same controls visually in the editor.

Administrators can configure the home page scroller, review order, review limit, autoplay sliding period, and completed-order reminder delay from Reviews > Settings.

Administrators can open Reviews > Import / Export to download a CSV backup, import review CSV files, or generate demo reviews across Myload categories.

Administrators can open Reviews > Settings to enable or tune anti-spam protection, including minimum form time, rate limits, and duplicate review windows.

Administrators can filter Reviews by rating, verification state, reviewer email, and IP address, then use bulk actions to delete spam permanently.

Published review displays include a rating chart on the left and autoplay review cards on the right. Visitors can filter by star rating from the chart.

Logged-in reviews are stored as pending by default. Guest reviews are stored as draft until the guest verifies the review by email, then move to pending administrator approval.
