Myload Backup Manager

Scheduled backups, local restore, Cloudflare R2 upload, Google Drive upload, and optional MEGA.nz upload.

Plugin purpose

Open Myload Backups in the backend to enable scheduled backups and choose the backup frequency.

Select which parts should be included: database, users, posts and media tables, uploads, wp-content, plugins, themes, or full WordPress root files.

Configure Cloudflare R2 with account ID, bucket, access key, secret key, and folder prefix. Configure Google Drive with Client ID, Client Secret, redirect URI, and the Connect with Google Drive button.

Configure MEGA.nz by selecting MEGAcmd or megatools, entering the server command path, and setting the remote backup folder. MEGAcmd should be logged in on the server before use.

Use Available local backups to restore a selected backup. Restore can overwrite files and database tables, so use it carefully.

Functions

  • Creates database, uploads, wp-content, plugin, theme, and physical hosting file backups based on admin settings.
  • Uploads completed backups to Cloudflare R2 and Google Drive after OAuth connection is completed.
  • Uploads completed backups to MEGA.nz when MEGAcmd or megatools is installed on the hosting server.
  • Keeps a configurable number of local backups and allows restore from a selected backup package.
